By accessing this website, purchasing any of our services, or engaging with our business in any capacity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The Tax Fixer offers professional tax resolution services including:

• IRS Investigations
   
• Financial Evaluations
   
• Tax Strategy Consulting
   
• Tax Preparation (by appointment only)
   
• Mentorship and Training for Tax Professionals
   

Each service may have its own engagement agreement. In the event of conflict, the engagement agreement governs.

We do not guarantee a specific tax outcome, such as a successful Offer in Compromise or reduced IRS settlement. Your results depend on your unique facts, cooperation, and the discretion of the IRS or state taxing authority. But what we do guarantee is honesty, transparency, and our full professional effort.

• All services must be paid in full before work begins unless stated otherwise in writing.
   
• All payments are non-refundable.
   
• Any attempted chargebacks will be treated as Theft of Services and pursued legally.
   
• Payment plans are offered at our discretion and are legally binding once agreed upon.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
   
• Submit documents by deadlines
   
• Communicate professionally and timely
   
• Not withhold or falsify information
   

If you ghost us, lie, or make our job impossible, we reserve the right to terminate services with no refund and no further obligation to you.

We protect client confidentiality consistent with IRS Circular 230, applicable California privacy requirements, and other relevant federal standards. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as permitted or required by law (including in response to a lawful subpoena, court order, or government request).

From time to time, we may reference client experiences in marketing materials and on social media. Any such references will be presented in a de-identified and anonymized manner and will not include your name or other information that could reasonably be used to identify you, unless you provide prior written authorization.

Many people face similar tax challenges. By choosing to seek professional help, you are taking a proactive step that may encourage others to do the same.

We do not waive our right to take legal action. In the event of a dispute:

• The matter will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Joaquin County, California.
   
• We reserve the right to sue for breach of contract, theft of services, libel, or defamation.
   
• The prevailing party in any legal dispute shall be entitled to collect reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and related expenses.
   

If you initiate a chargeback after services have been provided, we will:

• Treat it as intentional fraud
   
• Pursue full recovery of funds, legal fees, and damages
   
• File claims with small claims court or superior court in California
   

You are agreeing, in advance, to jurisdiction in Stockton, California.

All written materials, tax strategies, worksheets, templates, or tools created by The Tax Fixer are our property and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without express written permission.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
